Organization for Sustainable Aid in Afghanistan /OSAA is a non-governmental, non-profit, women-led organization. OSAA is a strictly non-partisan development-oriented organization. OSAA was established in 2015 and is properly registered as Afghan NGO with the Afghan Ministry of Economy; registration number 3728. Our mandate is to foster the economic and social development of Afghanistan, in particular women. We are committed to a sustainable approach of development.

The organization’s core Founders and Board of Directors consist of well-educated, experienced and goal-oriented women and men who endeavor as clearly mentioned in the statute of the organization – to use their knowledge and experience to empower women and young girls through vocational training, employment services, capacity building, education, and development of handicrafts programs in Afghanistan.

Objectives: Empower human resources particularly women- through Capacity Building Training, TVET (Technical, Vocational and Educational Training) and employment services.

Job requirement:

We are looking for a talented and creative candidate to take over the position and transfer all the creativity with credits of perfection to the ground.Hosting the selected candidate will help us to recover the potential of the project. Education: At least 12th grade graduate, 14th grade and bachelor's degree are preferred
Professional work experience (in the profession): at least 4 years
Vocational teaching experience: at least six months in technical and vocational training centers
Having the necessary skills and familiarity with technical and professional educational methods
Having strong communication skills with children and vulnerable groups, and the skills of how to protect trainee children


 

 

 

Job description:

Duties

Pursuing and adapting a specific curriculum for the profession
Using the new and useful method of technology and profession with the cooperation of the director of the center
Preparation and teaching of theoretical and practical courses and teaching in classes
Ensuring that students are familiar with the simplest teaching methods and prepared educational materials
How to teach communication with customers in the market
Preparation of teaching materials for different levels and different ages of the relevant profession
Motivating the continuation of technical and vocational education and training in the guild for all beneficiaries
Teaching in simple (local) language that can be understood by all beneficiaries of the relevant profession
Ensuring the attendance of the beneficiaries to the class and obtaining regular attendance
Evaluation of classes and examination of beneficiaries with the cooperation of executive employees of the project

The selected candidate will be appointed for the accurate and proactively performance of the following duties here but not limited to by the manager.Different projects and monitoring of the completion of the task has to be done in the time frame given by the responsible authorities.
